Return Eligibility
Items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@ouncre.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide assistance.
Return Process
To request a return, please email service@ouncre.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
